How can I track my order?

Is free shipping available?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $50 USD. Free shipping promotions may also be available during special sales events.
Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items like personalized products and clearance items may not be eligible for returns.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, log into your account and go to Order History. Select the order and click "Request Return." You'll receive a prepaid return label via email. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Currently, we process exchanges as a return and new purchase. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the item quickly without waiting.

When will I be charged?

How do I check my order status?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement if they haven't entered processing. After that, you'll need to wait for delivery and process a return if needed.
How do I update my account information?
Log into your account and navigate to Account Settings. From there, you can update your email, password, shipping addresses, and communication preferences.
