At Crypto Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This complies with EU consumer protection regulations and ensures you have adequate time to evaluate your purchase.

Eligible Returns

Full Refund (Including Original Shipping)

• Defective items: Products with manufacturing defects, damage during production, or quality issues
• Wrong item shipped: If you received a different product than what you ordered
• Items damaged in transit: Products that arrived broken or damaged

Partial Refund (Original Shipping Non-Refundable)

• Change of mind: If you simply changed your mind about the purchase, we'll refund the item price minus return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged by the customer after delivery
• Items that have been worn, washed, or used (unless defective)
• Returns requested after 14 days from delivery
• Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
• Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened

How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our support team at team@crypto-store.co with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (required for defective/damaged claims)

Step 2: Await Approval

We'll review your request within 2 business days and send you return instructions if approved.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Once approved, you'll receive:

• Return shipping label (for defective/wrong items)
• Return address and instructions

Important: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and with all tags attached.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

Refund Timeline

Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

1. Follow the return process above
2. Place a new order for the desired item
3. We'll process your refund for the original item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Refund Methods

• Original Payment Method: Credit/debit cards, PayPal - refunded to the same account
• Store Credit: Available upon request, never expires, can be used on any future purchase

Print-on-Demand Products

All crypto merchandise at Crypto Store is custom-printed specifically for you after you place your order. This print-on-demand model allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding inventory — but it also means our return policy for these items differs from standard retail.

As each item is produced specifically for you after ordering, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on custom-printed products. This is standard practice for print-on-demand merchandise.

Custom-printed items that are covered:

• Defective items: If your item has a manufacturing defect, print error, or quality issue, we will replace it or issue a full refund within the standard 14-day window
• Wrong item shipped: If you received a different product, size, or design than what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you

Custom-printed items that are not covered:

• Change of mind after ordering (production begins promptly after purchase)
• Size exchanges — please consult our size guide before ordering
• Minor color variations between screen display and print (small differences are inherent to the print-on-demand process)
